Alito: completely g**damn nuts

Via a post over at Digby's Blog we discover that ScAlito is apparently cut from the same "shoot-em-in-the-head" cloth as FAUX New's deranged and pigment-bereft John "8 to the noggin" Gibson.

When I took Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure a number of years ago, we debated the same case in class and even the cops who were there couldn't support killing a clearly unarmed suspect in flight.

you know...shooting someone in the back.

With my own "youthful indiscretions" in mind, having been an unarmed suspect in flight a couple of times when i was a kid, I am personally glad that the Supremes of that day didn't buy into Strip-Search Sammy's idea of what constitutes a reasonable means to seize a suspect.
